2nd split ring:
blue: 2-1-1-1-3-1-1-1-2
black: 3-3+ (p of ring from opposite side) 3-3.
Repeat 12 times

chain:
black: 3 -(7p sep by 1ds)3
join to first split ring, cut and tie.
